MoSi2 Heating Element Introduction
1. MoSi2 heater is a kind of resistance heating element made from Molybdenum Disilicide.
2. It’s mainly used in high temperature furnaces and kilns as heaters.

4. Working temperature of MoSi2 heating element is 1300C to 1800C.

MoSi2 heater are widely used in the fields of metallurgy, steel making, glass, ceramics, refractory materials, crystals, electronic MoSi2 heating element is a resistance generate-heating component made from MoSi2 or the basic material. Above 900C temperature the surface will form a SiO2 protection film on its surface for preventing it continuing oxidized. The MoSi2 heating element must not be used in the temperature 400-700C for a long time, otherwise the element will be cremated in the low temperature.
